Let's start at the beginning! Phil promptly answered my query and gave a time he'd be able to come over the following week. He arrived promptly and got to work immediately with high quality gear and confirmed our problems.Gave multiple options and his opinion on what would work for us with complete honesty (can vouch for this as he recommended the cheaper option!). Excellent service lost most satellite channels right on top of Christmas phoned Phil who called same day sorted out the problem fitted a new dish to the chimney no problem saved the day reasonable price would highly recommend

I highly recommend Phil, he's very professional, courteous and punctual. He figured out our problem and fixed it all within an hour, but what really impressed me was that after we'd paid him and he'd put all his tools away he noticed something odd with our TV. He fixed that for us too, for no other reason than that he's a nice guy. He's definitely going in our address book for next time :o)

I had phil come out to my house today to rectify a couple problems that was left from a previous tv engineer I employed to do the job but sadly he didn't do it properly at all..Thank goodness for phil. He was the nicest man I've ever met very professional from start to finish. Explained indepth what the problem was and Explained what was needed to be done to fix the issues then asked if I wanted him to go ahead while telling me the price. He replaced my ariel cable and put a new amplifier on the roof and another in my living room including moving all cables in a much better convenient place. Cleaned up before he left a complete gentleman and great price with great service.I would highly recommend this company to everyone

Contacted Phil after our aerial was damaged in a storm, the appointment was made very quickly, he replaced the aerial, pole and cable which he kindly hid within the chimney to the loft. He also found damage to my neighbours aerial which he repaired whilst here, she is also very happy. Fantastic service, very friendly and helpful, many thanks Phil.I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thanks again.

Phil did a great job replacing my old loft aerial with a much smaller one and in a better position freeing up more space.All wiring etc. was tidily routed.Signal fed to the other rooms in a more efficient way.My old Sky dish was also removed and tidied up.Coax cables to the main TV were replaced.Exceeded expectations.Highly recommended.

Excellent service, emailed in the evening and had a callback the same evening at 7.30pm, Phil was then at my mum's (who has onset dementia) house by lunchtime the next day and aerial all sorted very quickly! Will definitely use again and recommend!
